Marion graduated with a B.Sc. in Occupational Therapy from N.U.I. Galway. With a passion for travel, and to gain OT experience, Marion moved to the UK to work with the NHS in Community Rehabilitation for two years. After gaining invaluable experience in this area she moved to Australia to work in Private Rehabilitation for adults for four years.
Marion’s experience is mainly in adult rehabilitation and she is particularly passionate about working with people with varying neurological diagnoses such as Parkinson’s Disease, MS and Stroke. She also works with adults who have had falls, surgery and who have decreased mobility.
Marion has a special interest in working with people with Parkinson’s Disease (PD) and is certified in the ‘LSVT® BIG’ exercise programme from the US. Marion has also completed the Australian based ‘PD Warrior™’ programme which is a highly effective exercise program aimed to slow down the symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease. Personal Health is the first clinic in Ireland to run this programme. Marion is also a certified ‘Tai Chi for Health and Falls Prevention’ and ‘Tai Chi for Rehabilitation’ instructor. This year Marion is also completing a course in stroke rehabilitation through the ARNI Institute in the UK. She is a current member of the Association of Occupational Therapist’s Ireland (AOTI).

Originally from Wicklow, Theresa qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2013 and brings over a decade of experience to her role. She spent nearly five years working in New Zealand and Australia, where she developed a strong foundation in musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative recovery, and chronic pain management.
After returning to Ireland, Theresa worked in private practice in Galway for five years before joining Personal Health, where she has now been a valued team member for two years. She is a certified Pilates and Yoga instructor, passionate about guiding people of all levels through movement-based rehabilitation.
Theresa believes deeply in the power of movement – not just for recovery, but as a key part of injury prevention and living well. She recently completed a Master’s in Exercise Physiology in Rehabilitation to further support her clients’ journeys back to doing what they love.

Andrew is an alumnus of the Royal College of Surgeons and initially worked in Orthopaedics with the Sports Surgery Clinic in Dublin. Here he worked extensively in the areas of knee and hip replacement.
In May 2013 Andrew began work as lead physiotherapist in professional cricket, including consultancy positions with the Caribbean Premier League and Cricket Ireland. He toured the West Indies, Dubai and Bangladesh with the Irish National team, enjoying the professional challenges of the T20 Cricket World Cup in April 2014.
