He also holds a B.Sc in Sport Science and Health from Dublin City University and an M.Sc in Sports Performance from the University of Limerick. With certifications as a strength and conditioning specialist and personal trainer, Mark brings a wealth of experience in coaching and guiding individuals of all ages, from children to older adults in personalised exercise programmes.
His extensive background includes over 6 years as a fitness instructor and personal trainer, working with athletes across various sports like tennis, soccer, and rugby. Mark has also led falls prevention and general fitness classes tailored for older adults in the North Inner City, including programs like Move for Health and the Otago Balance Programme.

Theresa is originally from Wicklow and became a qualified Physiotherapist in 2013. She spent nearly 5 years practicing in New Zealand and Australia, gaining valuable experience in musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative care, and chronic pain management. Returning to Ireland, she worked for 5 years in Galway in private practice treating a range of conditions. She is a certified Pilates and Yoga instructor and enjoys teaching all levels of ability.
Theresa strongly believes in the power of movement and exercise-based rehab as a preventive measure as well an an integral part of the rehab process to return you to what you love doing. He has valuable experience with elite sport, previously treating county, provincial, International and Olympic athletes. Ben’s passion for sports physio extends beyond the clinic room to the hockey pitch where he has played for Ireland at both youth and senior level.

Andrew is an alumnus of the Royal College of Surgeons and initially worked in Orthopaedics with the Sports Surgery Clinic in Dublin. Here he worked extensively in the areas of knee and hip replacement.
In May 2013 Andrew began work as lead physiotherapist in professional cricket, including consultancy positions with the Caribbean Premier League and Cricket Ireland. He toured the West Indies, Dubai and Bangladesh with the Irish National team, enjoying the professional challenges of the T20 Cricket World Cup in April 2014.
